Adulting with ADHD

It's not too late to become the adult you keep meaning to be.

You're not lazy. You've been working harder than anyone knows.

The late fees you meant to avoid. The projects that are almost done. The to-do list you rewrote three times this week. The quiet feeling that everyone else got a manual for being an adult and somehow you missed the day they handed it out. You've tried the planners. You've tried trying harder. And you've wondered, more than once, why the thing that seems so simple for everyone else takes everything you have.

This was never about how hard you were trying.

Here's what you'll leave with.

Picture an ordinary week on the other side of understanding.

The bill gets paid the day it arrives, not the day the late notice does. The project that sat at almost-done gets finished and sent. You close the laptop at the end of the day and feel genuinely done, instead of carrying that quiet running list of everything you meant to get to. That is not a different person. That is you, working with your brain instead of against it.

01 The real reason it's been this hard.

You'll understand what's actually driving the way adult ADHD feels, so the struggle finally makes sense instead of feeling like a personal failing.

02 A clear picture of the path.

You'll understand what actually has to be addressed to thrive as an adult with ADHD, instead of guessing.

03 Your next step.

You'll know what real support looks like from here, including how coaching can help you get there if and when you're ready.

Hi, I'm Tyler, and I've been right where you are.

I'm an adult with ADHD, just like you. For the past 10 years, I've been able to consistently show up on time, keep the plates spinning at home and in my business, and stay on top of the everyday things that used to feel impossible. That's not even the part I'm most proud of, because the bigger shift happened on the inside. I'm not living in the shame spiral. I don't spend my days frozen by overwhelm or replaying everything I didn't get to. When I feel overwhelmed and start to shut down, I have a system to handle it and keep moving forward.

I'm a mom of four, a wife, and a business owner, and I get to be all of those things as someone with an ADHD brain, and it's not wreaking havoc on any of those. What changed for me was truly understanding my brain, and developing the skill of building awareness around what's causing the paralysis and what to do to move forward when that happens. We can't get rid of the ADHD, but we can create a path that allows us to thrive with ADHD. That's what we'll be digging into together in this hour. I'm here to help you find your own path to a life that runs more smoothly and a mind that finally feels lighter. There is a way forward, and I can't wait to show you.

Come as you are. Bring your questions. Leave with a way forward.

Picture this. A few months from now, you finally understand why things have felt the way they've felt, and your own life starts to make sense in a way it never quite has. The shame is quieter. The path is clearer. You are not waiting to become someone else. You are becoming more fully you. It starts with one free hour on June 19.
