ABOUT CHAOS COORDINATOR LIVE

You’re doing everything you can—but some days still end in tears, slammed doors, and the kind of exhaustion that sinks into your bones. You’ve read the books, tried the charts, rearranged the routines… and still find yourself wondering, Why is this so hard?

If parenting a child with ADHD or learning differences feels like you’re trying to build a calm home in the middle of a wildfire—and the hose keeps turning off. You’re not doing it wrong. You’re just missing the support built for this kind of parenting.

That’s where Chaos Coordinator Live comes in.

This one-day, in-person event is for the parents in the thick of it—the ones hiding in the bathroom just to breathe, who love their kids with their whole hearts but are done playing emotional whack-a-mole every day. It’s not another seminar full of tips you’ll forget by Monday. It’s a space for Chaos Coordinators—the brave, intentional parents who are ready to lead through the chaos, not just survive it. You’ll walk out of this event with a steadier grip on what matters, a deeper belief in what’s possible, and a clearer sense of how to lead your child—even when things still feel messy.

You’re not broken. Your kid isn’t either. And this season? It’s not a detour—it’s the path.
If you’re ready to stop second-guessing and start showing up steady in how you respond when the meltdowns, missed assignments, or shutdowns hit then you belong in this room—and we can’t wait to see you there.

What you’ll walk away with isn’t just tools or insight…

It’s a whole new way of seeing your child—not as a problem to fix, but as the Chaos Champion they’re already becoming.

This is for the parents who are ready to stop second-guessing…
To stop bracing for the next explosion…
To finally feel like they’re not just getting through the day—but actually building something good.

We’re not here to hand you a new system.
We’re here to help you become the Chaos Coordinator who molds the Chaos Champion.

And if that sounds like something you want?

“IT TOOK MANY YEARS OF RIDING ON WHAT I CALL ‘THE HOT MESS EXPRESS”- FEELING FRAZZLED, UNORGANIZED, AND OVERWHELMED- BEFORE I WAS READY TO TAKE THE DRIVER'S SEAT AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS WITH ADHD.”

HI! MY NAME IS TYLER DORSEY.

I was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia in the 5th grade—and let’s just say school was not my highlight reel.

I was the kid who couldn’t keep up with projects, always forgot the planner (and the backpack), and somehow missed the part where everyone else seemed to have it together. I was constantly fighting with my siblings, getting grounded for talking back, and spending more time in my own little world than anyone else realized.

By end of college, I had figured out how to organize my schoolwork and pull the grades I needed—but emotionally? I was still struggling. Outbursts, overwhelm, and burnout were my norm. And when I stepped into the “real world,” I brought all of that with me.

I had the color-coded planner, the adult job, the routines that made it look like I had it all together… But inside, I still felt like I was barely hanging on.

That’s when everything started to shift. Since I was a child, I kept hearing people say, “Tyler, you act like this is your world and we’re just living in it”— and for the longest time, I didn’t get what they meant.
But when I finally slowed down and started paying attention, I realized… they were kind of right.
Not in a bad way.
Just that everything I did—every reaction, every spiral, every moment I shut down—
was happening in my head first.

So instead of just trying to fix the mess on the outside and blaming others, I started looking at what was going on inside. How I was thinking. What I believed about myself. Why I reacted the way I did.

That’s when it all started to change.

I found a support system. Built a toolkit that made sense for my brain. And little by little—I stopped feeling like I was drowning in the chaos… and started becoming someone who could lead through it.

And now?
That’s what I help other families do, too.
Not by giving them a perfect routine or magic fix—but by showing them how to lead with belief, show up with clarity, and raise the kind of kids who don’t just “get through” the hard stuff… but grow stronger because of it.

That’s what Chaos Coordinator Live is all about—giving you the belief, clarity, and tools to stop just surviving the chaos… and start leading your child through it with the calm, steady presence they’ve been waiting for.

Your Personalized Chaos Coordinator Guide

The closest thing to “Just tell me what to do” you’ve ever had.

If you’ve ever thought,

“I wish someone would just look at my whole situation and tell me what to do…”
—this is as close as it gets.

Before Chaos Coordinator Live, you’ll complete a powerful intake called the Chaos Coordinator Guide Form—where you’ll walk us through what life actually looks like. You’ll share your child’s diagnosis (if they have one), what’s happening at school, how things feel at home, the daily tension, the emotional cycles, the executive function chaos, and the exhaustion that has you thinking, “I just don’t know what else to try.”

And then the magic happens.

Our Focus Forward coaching team reads every single form—like, really reads it. Not just the surface-level stuff. We look for patterns, for pressure points, for what’s already working and what might just need to be done differently. We zoom out to see the full picture and start asking the questions that don’t always get asked: What are the real problems we need to be solving for? What’s been overlooked? What have you tried that might actually work if it were approached through a different lens?

Then we build your personal Chaos Coordinator Guide—a printed, customized, hand-delivered roadmap crafted specifically for your family’s unique story. This isn’t a generic packet or a menu of service providers. It’s not about matching you with someone else to fix it for you. This is about helping you get that much-needed bird’s-eye view of your own situation, with coaching-based insight that’s grounded in how ADHD actually works—and how transformation really happens.

Inside your guide, you’ll find strategic reflections, powerful mindset shifts, and clear next steps that fit your actual life. We’ll help you spot what matters most, what’s getting in the way, and what’s worth doing differently. It’s not about giving you more to do—it’s about helping you see what matters, so you can lead with more clarity, less chaos, and renewed confidence in your role.

And the best part? You won’t have to figure it out alone.

You’ll walk into that room with your child in your heart, your custom guide in your hand, and an entire day designed to give you the kind of clarity that doesn’t come from searching the internet—it comes from stepping into your power, seeing things differently, and remembering who you are.

This is the kind of perspective shift that changes everything—not overnight, but from the inside out. Not because you finally found the “right” fix… but because you started asking the right questions and stopped trying to do it all without support.

This is white-glove coaching care—on paper.
Only at Chaos Coordinator Live.
