Terms and Conditions for the School of Momming ADHD Program by Focus Forward

1. Program Overview

• Program Name: School of Momming ADHD
• Provider: Focus Forward
• Cost: $1500
• Included Services: Weekly group coaching calls

2. Appointments

• Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions will be available for viewing via recording.
• One-on-One Sessions: Requests for one-on-one sessions are not covered by the program fee and are subject to the availability and discretion of the coach. Additional fees for these sessions will be determined by the coach.

3. Payment Terms

• Due Date: Payment of $1500 is due upon registration for the program.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• All Sales Are Final: There are no refunds once payment is made.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Confidentiality: Focus Forward will maintain confidentiality of all personal information disclosed by the client. Information will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.
• Group Confidentiality: As this is a group coaching program, participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other group members. Discussions and personal information shared within the group should not be disclosed outside of the group.
• Limitation of Liability: While Focus Forward promotes confidentiality, it is not liable for any breach of confidentiality committed by other group members.

6. Permission to Record

• Recording: All group coaching sessions will be recorded and posted on the course platform. These recordings will be accessible to all current and future members of the program for review and rewatching. By participating, you consent to being recorded and acknowledge that these recordings will be available to all current and future group members.

7. Coaching Process and Disclaimer

• Nature of Coaching: Coaching aims to help clients achieve results and make purposeful choices.
• Client's Responsibility: Clients are expected to participate fully and communicate openly.
• No Guarantees: There is no guarantee of specific results. Coaching is not therapy and does not treat mental disorders or medical conditions.

8. Disputes

• Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, legal action may be pursued, and the prevailing party may recover attorney’s fees and court costs.

9. Emergencies

• Medical Emergencies: Contact your doctor or emergency services (9-1-1) directly for any medical or psychological emergencies.

10. Complete Agreement

• Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement and override any prior agreements or communications. The laws of Kentucky will govern this agreement.
